Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, VIKA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. VIKA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@wearvika.ca within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
