While we strive to ensure timely delivery, VIKA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. VIKA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages
